Every Border. Every Show.

I've worked with Katie for more years than I'd like to work out, both when she was with Traffic Control and since she has had her own company. She is always great to work with — her knowledge of the US visa process is second to none and she has never let me down. Would highly recommend.

Katie is undoubtedly the very best and most experienced visa agent I have worked with. On more than one occasion she has managed to get appointments at an embassy where they insisted there were none, replaced lost passports at short notice and always given accurate and honest advice to solve any number of visa related problems. Don't go anywhere else, you'll just get overcharged for a hit or miss job.

KT is the only person I trust with new passports and visa applications in the UK. Incredibly knowledgeable and able to turn around the most impossible tasks and deadlines.

Since first meeting Katie and working with her on a complex and highly detailed visa application, I have found her to be meticulous, focused and relentless in all she does. She is always on hand — often at times of the day and night when everyone else has stopped working — to offer advice, solve problems or make sure that the job gets done in time and on budget. With a great personality and the ability to think outside the box, I have no hesitation in recommending Katie to anyone who needs to benefit from their unique and specialised experience. In a world where many talk the talk, she always and without fail, walks the walk as well.

Katie is a true expert in the business of obtaining visas and work permits — often at short notice and when the pressure is really on. She's extremely knowledgeable in this area and I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Katie is a rare combination of true expertise on all matters to do with immigration, with a charm that allows the impossible to happen overnight. I have lost count of the times when I have given her some awful problem — getting a client a new passport when lost, or gaining entry at a border. She does what it takes to deliver with style and good grace in the face of regulations and procedures, and consistently delivers this in the face of awesome difficulty and very tight timelines. I could not recommend her expertise or services more highly.

Cannot recommend highly enough. I've been touring internationally for a quarter of a century and in that time Katie at Tam Ray has been one of the most invaluable contacts I have for anything visa related. Whether it's planning in advance or last minute panics, Katie has always given fantastic advice and carried out work with the highest level of professionalism.
